I was under turret with my team and I was playing jinx and a blitz comes up and I have like no health and he flash in and his ultimate targeted me and I was like wtf RITO

I have had several pentas stolen from me by Blitz passive.
On an unrelated note, one game, my Fiora stole my penta with her Q once. I was pretty salty, but I didn't bring the salt into the game.
