UGH! I KNOW THIS ONE, just can't recall the name of it... It was that regen-heavy item... Pretty sure "heart" was in the name of the item... Someone's Heart...

A turtle shell is the Heart of Gold... So I assumed that wasn't it.

There was an item, that was a red crystal heart icon, and it was called someone's Heart... It had heavy health and mana regen on it and wasn't in the game for long.

A turtle shell is the Heart of Gold... So I assumed that wasn't it.

There was an item, that was a red crystal heart icon, and it was called someone's Heart... It had heavy health and mana regen on it and wasn't in the game for long.

The only two I can think of are
