Flash is no longer a summoner spell, it is with Recall. What will you use to fill its spot?
Id probably go with exhaust or teleport or if im not already taking it ignite

Most would probably just switch to Ghost. I could see some supports suddenly taking Clarity, ADCs would go back to Cleanse...

Ghost, because you still want an escape when playing Fiora, Darius, Yasuo and many others.
Teleport. The other one I always run is Ignite (for top) or Exhaust (for supp).
Depends on the situation, but prolly ghost or tele, to fill the "movement" summoner and leave my second summoner for something offensive like exhaust and ignite

For my jungle Leona, though? Exhaust + Smite. Gotta love those lockdowns.
I've actually suggested making Flash a built-in spell like Recall, but Riot has said it'd be imbalanceable IIRC.
