Vote to kick

Now I don't think this should be implemented.. which is why this is in Memes & Games, but imagine if you could (Like in Starcraft) vote to kick someone out of the game. You could boot out a troll player and take the enemy on 4v5 instead of 4v6.

Oh you're going to come to my lane, take my CS, and then feed my enemy and complain about me losing lane? BOOT. BYE BYE.
