I got a 1v4 Penta once. (Their Support was Irelia, so I got super fed as Graves.) Of course, I did have to heal. The fifth kill was right at the edge of the timer, when I finally managed to walk over to their Renekton.

My Pentas have been weird. Old Ashe, with the last kill coming off of a Lucian in the Rift, Fiora against 5 Fioras in Mirror Mode, and Teemo in Aram. Ashe was slow walking to a team fight at Baron, and cleaned up the mess. I don't remember how Fiora's happened (too many Fioras in the chaos. Do remember being the last left alive and killing their last left alive though), and Teemo had decent shrooms, aa'ed a few times and pressed Q.

well uh I kinda killed them all... I was Yasuo, we were down by the bot lane tower. All 5 were there, dived the ADC and support and killed them, the jungler ran in head first 1v5, then the top laner, and while the top laner was dying I was charging up my Q's on them and then 4-man ulted them for a triple, then just got the two others really fast. Though the second penta that game was mostly my team. :3

I always get mine in aram with a riven ult and just facepalm because it shouldn't have even happened
