since illaoi spawns tentacles on walls do you think she can stop someone from pulling out?

Since I haven't played with her yet, (not a pun!) I do not know how her abilities interact with other champions yet. Her tentacles may be a little buggy after release, causing her attacks to have effects, either good or bad for her, that were not intended by Riot.

Let's use Rek'sai as an example. If she is stunned or sometimes slowed while burrowed, she can not surface automatically to attack as she normally would. Instead you must manually make her surface by activating the ability again. This is a bug that Riot still has not fixed with her kit.

However If I am reading between the line correctly in your comment, then what I've just said has nothing at all to do with what you are asking about. In which case I do not believe I should answer less I incur the wrath of the mods.
