What does Illaoi have to do with Christianity/Judaism/Messianics/etc.? Lots of other religions exist and they all have preachers and whatnot. Heck, if we're talking about that it would make more sense for her to be Muslim seeing as their religion allows and wants you to kill for Allah. She has a religion of her own though, not to mention its in Runeterra and not Earth, so... its not.
So do most Christians. Its kind of a requirement to prostheletize. JWs just have more balls to come knocking on your door rather than to only preach to areas where people typically have no doors.
