When do you like to dodge champ select? Maybe someone instalocked? Maybe someone is refusing to give you top because 'they called it first'?
For me it's when I get a scrub trying to go Vayne top in ranked.

I dodge only if someone specifically says he is going to troll, and locks in troll summoners.
Other than that, I am willing to play it out.
typically when i have a full ap or ad team, or someone plays adc top lane i dodge. never seen an adc top do good in my life.
