I take it you have been playing Generations? I always main one weapon every game release. Back in Tri/3U I was big into Longsword, then 4U I rocked the Insect Glaive. Now I'm learning the bow and its pretty sweet, especially getting those awesome Adept dodges! Did you Roar at me? I guess I'll just leave a volley of arrows in your face.

Bow has been my main weapon since MHFU. I do use others just so I have some variety in what I can bring to a hunt. I got to the village equivalent of G rank quests back on the PSP with my Bomb throwing felyne comrade... That was my FIRST felyne I obtained.

Hunting 2 Plesioth? Yep, did that. Two Tigrex? Yep, that too. Two Rajang? I had a perfect run. All with a Bow, nuff said.

XD I only started playing when I got Tri on the Wii. bow is fun, and I always like going the role/champ/whatever that is not usually taken and a good majority of monster hunter people I play with dont use ranged weapons so i wanted to try it out this game. Have not been disappointed.

(Thoughts on best Style with the bow?im a big fan of Adept)

For me personally? Adept/Aerial since I love being able to be nimble with such a weapon. Since you have no shield Adept lets you do some crazy shit, like "dodging" roars and then getting a powerful counter attack. With Aerial though it lets you jump over the monster and attempt to hit the sometimes hard to reach back of a monster and possibly allowing for you to mount the monster and knock it down so your ~~urga durga~~ Blademaster friends can wail on it for free.

XD I never delved that deep into the Lore of MTG, but i started playing during Return to Ravnica. I loved playing my Izzet Deck, but I also had Boros and Simic ones as well.

The lore is pretty damn cool honestly. Have you seen the full art lands from Zendikar? There is a reason for it. The Mana of Zendikar is just that plentiful. Hence why things like the Roil Tides exist.

I joined at M13/RtR as well. Izzet, Simic, Dimir for me. My main two colors are Blue and Red. I sometimes go Grixis, Esper, or even Temur.

I prefer playing Commander at this point. Bitch to make a deck, but the game is so different because you are not waiting on the 3 cards that you have a full 4 set of that will insta win the game. You have to have multiple plans in place and multiple ways to react. Things still get hectic.

Commander is really fun once you find a few legendary creatures that you want to build a deck around.

My Riku deck just copies anything on the field. And it can steal your enemies creatures, be then in the deck or on the field. It eventually hits a critical mass due to how many creature tokens I need to keep track of.

My Sydri deck... Is just a bitch.

I think I've had one or two double Mythic fat packs before... Though that was before I moved... I can't even find a place in town that sells MTG cards now. I have to drive 2.5 hours one way JUST to go get some MTG stuff! And even then I might end up needing to stay the night at a hotel so I can make it home due to it being so god damn late! I can think of 3 within a 15 minute drive XD then again I live on the outside of Atlanta. And of course Walmart sells cards, but not singles. Just the packs.

The closest Walmart is 2.5 hours away... But there is a Card shop in that town that sells MTG cards and other things like that. Which is the same 2.5 hour drive I mentioned before.

I'd rather be playing the game then watching someone play it... Though I would only if I'm waiting for it to come here and want to get a basic idea of what I'm getting into.
