Should just go ahead and separate Top from the map with an ocean. You are marooned top with the opponent's top. You need to manage your food and thirst meter and try to build a boat to join the team fight before your Yasuo mid gets rolled.

Some of my Favorite games is when me and the enemy toplaner are ignoring each other just to get CS and late game rolls around and I am a 6k HP Sion and the enemy is a 5k stacks nasus
