If I had to choose a pool of champions that make me want to tear my nostrils off, all of the above would be on that list. I believe we've given CertainlyT a little too much crap when this guy has been cranking out broken champs from the shadows haha.
Do not try to start a witch hunt against him. FeralPony's creations have never been so outwardly OP on launch as CertainlyT's and the majority of his champions have been underpowered or balanced. It wasn't until Riot started shaking up the items and masteries and giving consistent "little buffs" that became big buffs once the dust settled that most of his champions end up problematic. Jayce, Hecarim, and Rumble rotted in anonymity for years before lots of little changes coalesced into massive problems that gave them a power spike. Fizz has always been a problem, but then, no one is perfect.
Additionally, Graves was reworked by CertainlyT. He is no longer the creation that FeralPony created. Sona, too, had a rework a few years back, deviating from her original play style, and that was further changed last year with another minor update. Fizz, also, was updated last year, and not by FeralPony.

Graves - ok, maybe needs nerf in numbers Hecarim - used to be ok, now broken, obviously nerf the numbers Rumble - ok but tends to be op which is also easily fixed with numbers Fizz - ok he fucked up on this one, bad design Jayce - currently broken, needs nerfs in numbers Jax - underpowered af, needs buffs in numbers Sona - ok, but terrible design
Just Sona and Fizz have bad design imo, and Fizz only problem is that they constantly try to keep his "iconic E" instead of scraping it which would enable them to buff the rest of his kit and make it more useful, also wtf is his ulti now. Sona is oppressive for, I have to say this, an extremely easy noob champion that an idiot could play after 10 games, make her harder and I wont have any problem with her but you literally can spam random buttons and play Sona somewhat successfully.
Certainy T's champions were/are much worse. Look at 
he had to be reworked less then a year after release. And is still OP as hell.
