Blue Moon Wolf1 votesI don't know, the amount was made to be such an insignificant amount that it wouldn't matter, but they could just reduce it less with his passive (to something like .01 reduced damage), which would make sense since he's bopping people with mini suns. Though either way, they should at least activate 
's hidden passive.
