I main Kassadin and I just laugh when people say he's OP, but I do think his recent buff was unnecessary. It's funny too because the only times in game I hear people complaining about him being broken is when I'm 15/3 and am at full build

I mained him in season 3. Well, in the 10% of the games that he wasn't banned. He was very balanced. Source: his own quotes. "The balance of power must be preserved." he shouted while at 58% winrate for more than an entire season.
