Does Mordekaiser now benefit properly from a mastery? Yes. Doesnt that mean he is now stronger? Sure does. It can be a bug fix, but that doesnt mean it isnt a buff. Alot to comprehend, i know.

Don't need to be a sarcastic ass. I know it benefits him. It is obvious that this is a buff to him. It was supposed to be a buff when the new masteries came out but it never worked. If anything, he is now on the same playing field as everyone else that uses Runic armor.

When you phrase things like you did, you put off that he is getting actual number buffs in patch notes. That is what I looked at and I am sure others did as well. Pretentiousness isn't that great of a quality.
