As a fellow Shaco player...it doesn't matter if you start at your other buff to avoid getting your buff taken because either way I will steal your buff even if you are not there. I will then proceed to either gank Bot or Top and if that is not possible then by 3 min into the game I will have taken 3 Major buffs >3>
