Runes are pretty expensive though. I wouldn't be surprised if most people who owned a majority of the runes and rune pages were Season 1 players who never quit and forever grinded.

That being said, I know people like that who still don't have 20% of runes and rune pages.

Btw, Tier 3 runes should be the only ones that exist. Tier 2 and 1 are just simply useless, even for the low price they go for.

How long did it take you?

I sometimes see people demanding players be required to own far more champions and Runes to play Ranked, but they never really understand how long it takes.
