You also need to realize cass has a very high skill tier as well. Can you honestly say every game goes far enough for her to out scale in a 45 (to) hour long game? In the end it all comes down to counter play and skill. She has basically no mobility so as long as you avoid her cc, you can cc her. Simple logic.
