Her ult should either be nerfed in scaling (her other abilities maybe could use scaling nerfs) or a real CD. Her ult is the main thing. Her safety, range, snowbally-ness, AoE CC, burst, and everything else just makes her unfun. Its her ult that could use a hit though imo.

In my experience green and orange arrows mean upvotes and red and blue mean downvotes, but Idk maybe. Either way those can be the Lux mains xD
