When I'm against Yasuo in one for all
Doesn't matter what champ I'm playing, this is my build.
Unless the champ I'm playing doesn't need cdr, in which case I'll drop the FH for either a sunfire or another randuins.

It doesn't matter because mr.balanced skillfull ignores 50% of that instantly
The team I played Yasuo with had like 2 yasuo's with 75% Bonus Armor Pen
AND, combine that with ult

What I do too for any champ in one for all especially burst mages. I stack 4+ MR items with titanic hydra if melee and demolish. Tank kat works in it pretty funny 5 man all tank katarina Titanic Hydra rest tank max w then e first with grasp of undying. Best when facing only single damage champs that can't hybrid. Make their combos do nothing. I was tanking 2 fiddlestick ultimates and stilled killed both with it.
Why don't you go just one randuins? I'm pretty sure the 10% crit reduction doesn't stack.. So maybe go for the direct yasuo counter for attack speed reduction
for movespeed reduction, cooldown, and armor 
for extra damage for armor, passive, movespeed for armor and more damage
