You doomed your poll when you included Urgot man. Never, ever include Urgot. His sexiness is far too much for some to handle.
Ahri's charm CD is way lower than Rakan, so even if the birdman gets himself in a group fun, she's going to get far more.
That being said....Urgot.
Taric reflects each attempt at charming him. Even when no1 used charm at all.
