It's single-target, isn't always up when you need it, and that 2000+ healing only really works when you've hit true lategame. I'm not denying the ability is strong, it's just very conditional.

That and, a good amount of Vlad's you'll see now are awful because they havent adapted to the changes quite yet.

Yea, but his Q is a "skillshot", requires him to be surrounded by enemy champions and have at least 3 of them getting hit by the blade. Vlad can do this in a 1v1, every 7 seconds or something if you have enough CDR. Also, it's a point and click.

But Vlad has this huge indicator under his health bar which basically says: "Hey, in next 5-9 seconds (depends on level) I will have this huge heal I can use in time of two seconds, so ya know, keep your distance for those 2 seconds or have your CC ready." Seriously, it's very easy to predict when Vlad's Crimson Rush Q is ready.
