i dont think that activating item 3092 is counted as being in combat, is it?

ik that item 3751 places your champ in combat stance whenever there is enemy around you, so its worthless getting it with mobility boots

and mobi is faster than swiftness, my point was just being fast and slowing the enemy, should've added item 3742
