It'd be especially nice on stuff like shaco and Talon.

But you need penetration to deal with tanks.

Still, I'll try that more.

Basically, making assassins only good at oneshotting squishies, and useless va tanks(unless you buy Hydra/Bloodthirster/Death's Dance for lifesteal).

My main issue with it is how a lot of assassins are balanced around items like Maw, Edge, or Youmuus, so they can't get much else besides that.
