Many people have their setup. I grew up on league having flash on F, others have it on D. They get used to it just like I did. When I use TP and Ghost, I have TP on F, while when I use TP and flash I have TP on D.

i started with flash on f..then i found that i most commonly would "fat finger" / mis-click when in tense combat and look like a total moron..so i moved it to the other finger so at least if i accidentally pressed it, it was something that required a target, or in the worst case i get healed when i don't want to :P

Flash is the only summoner that you actually can put on the letter it starts with, so why not? If the t key had a summoner on it I'd probably put tp on it.

I use flash on D because [back when I did F = Flash] I'd sometimes accidentally depress the F button by mistake [pointing finger, my strongest finger, resting right above both R and F] and blow my flash prematurely. Ever since then, I kept my flash on D just for that. I wonder if that's the reason for Koreans as well. :3

Actually, it should be on D. Dlask is a word in Czech. It is the word for Hawfinch, which is a very common bird in Europe. It is known for flying quickly, straight forward, in short bursts. Essentially, it hops forward. That is suspiciously close to blinking, which is what the summoner spell summoner 4 is.
