Warwick is in a good spot and hasn't needed any balance work since release.
There haven't been any forum fires about Warwick being broken or frustrating to play against.
CertainlyT arguably designed the most fair and balanced champion of 2017.
And thus, another joke was laid to rest in the Rito Meme Graveyard.

CertainlyT didn't have free reign to do as he pleased with Warwick. He had restrictions based on who the champ was, what elements of the kit had to be preserved through the rework, and also that he was designing a champion for starter players. In interviews with him after Warwick's release, he said that he really disliked all of those restrictions and that he probably would not want to do another VGU because of that. If he'd had free reign with Warwick, you'd better believe he would have been pure cancer. But the lesson we learned here is that like George Lucas, CertainlyT needs boundaries and other people hovering over him to slap the shit out of his wrist and yell "YOU CAN'T DO THAT" in order to make a lasting, balanced champion. Otherwise, we end up with things like Jar Jar Binks and Yasuo.
