Its good on paper because of the amount of utility in her kit (Slows, Poke, Vision, Long Range Stun) but i think shes too squishy and relies too much on damage. She can do the same from ADC AND have more damage...

I think Riot liked the idea that she CAN be used as support to the point that they wanted to officially maker the "Support ADC". Sure, the current support items don't really work for her, but maybe one day we will have a line of AD Support items and then I can finally whip out my support without a confusing the hell out of my team :p
