Technically: Yes and no. Edward Elric (the one on the right) is REALLY short (he starts out in the series being 4'11" {~150 cm} tall at age 15) and hates getting called out on it. Just watch a few episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and you should quickly find out. Oh, the one on the left is his little brother Alphonse Elric (yes he IS the little brother it gets explained).
