All of those have pretty high skill caps, but low skillloors.

The only high skillfloor champ in the game is probably Shaco. Every other champ you can do decent with after a few practice games.

The only one of those I consider myself somewhat good with is Katarina. I've tried Riven too, but can't seem to get the hang of her. Maybe if my ping wasn't at 260...
