Rek'Sai is the first female void creature we've seen as a champion. We might have no idea how void relationships work, but there's a good chance that with Vel'koz, Cho'Gath, Kog'Maw, and Kha'Zix out there, at least one of them might be interested in her. She's the void equivalent of a wild bear. So, probably none of the champions in the league (Maybe another Xer'Sai, though).
Looking at the lore, there actually is a good way to look at the champs to see who Rek'Sai would date.
Vel'koz is out of the picture because he is too intelligent to bother with her, especially if you consider how he felt about the other void creatures that he was with in his lore, while Kog'Maw seems to be too young to really date Rek'Sai. That leaves Cho'Gath and Kha'Zix.
Cho'Gath seems to be a better fit than Kha'Zix for a number of reasons:
Kha'Zix is adapted much more for the jungle, while Rek'Sai is well adapted for the desert, and any sort of relationship would force the other to leave the other habitat to date the other. Cho'Gath seems to be well adapted for a more mountainous region, and Cho'Gath would therefore be more fitting for dating Rek'Sai because their habitats are more similar than that between Kha'Zix and Rek'Sai.
Cho'Gath seems to have more bestial features than Kha'Zix, which is best featured by Cho'Gath's Feral Scream, making Cho'Gath a better fit for the bestial Rek'Sai.
Therefore, I think Cho'Gath would make the best date for Rek'Sai out of the void creatures.
However, Kha'Zix does like isolated targets...

none, rek'sai is like the void's version of a shark (just...can burrow through physical stuff...). While the rest of the void, although they come in different shapes and sizes, they are all intelligent beings (not saying rek'sai isn't) on a human level (some of them moreso, ex. vel'koz) whereas rek'sai is a creature that only vel'koz would enjoy running into..so he can study..though..dunno why he'd wanna study/desintigrate (spelling? lol) one of his own void-kind
Cho'Gath. No one feasts on a pussy like him, even if it is on an 80 second cooldown.

Wouldn't this be bestiality? I heard Rek'Sai is not sentient, and amounts to a mindless animal, according to a Riot developer. I also hear most of the Void champions are ancient and terrible beings of alien hatred and intelligence.
If the claim of Rek'Sai being a mindless animal according to Riot is true, Baron Nashor's probably the best bet.
Vel'koz is gonna work work that voidling poon. Vel'koz is like the #1 match for Rek'sai, they complement each other; Rek'sai can't say a word in English, Vel'koz is fluent in all human languages because he vaporized a linguist. Rek'sai is kinda dumb and thinks only of digging holes and eating but Vel'koz has a taste for the finer arts and acquiring knowledge. Where Rek'sai is rough Vel'koz is shiny, they are perfect together.
Obviously not Vel'Koz because he's a big fucking science nerd. Duh
