When katarina hits 6

Even more so next patch when she hits 16.

On the PBE right now and I as a Katarina player really hope this change gets pulled:

R Cooldown: 90 seconds at all ranks Now 135/70/15 seconds at ranks 1/2/3.

This means that her passive fully resets her ultimate now on any kill/assist, where before it would take 3-4 depending on how much cdr you had
