Even more so next patch when she hits 16.

On the PBE right now and I as a Katarina player really hope this change gets pulled:

R Cooldown: ~~90 seconds at all ranks~~ Now 135/70/15 seconds at ranks 1/2/3.

This means that her passive fully resets her ultimate now on any kill/assist, where before it would take 3-4 depending on how much cdr you had

I'd even be fine with the rank 3 CD if the rank 2 CD was also nerfed. They're buffing her best point in the game.

I mean, Riot likes easy numbers. They're not gonna make the cooldown 135/90/15, that's much too big of a power jump.
