I don't know why r/Yasuomains are losing their shit. It's nerfing 2 of Yasuo's significant gameplay issues (ridiculous level 2) and will reduce his banrate.

those nerfs are needed to balance yasuo as his early game is not the early game of a hyper carry

if he's weak he's going to get buffed
