If the Lore team did champion design Kalista's E and R would be released in a later patch.

If the Lore team did the new Summoner's Rift, they'd just delete everything except for the three lanes and call it "breaking out of the confines of the old Rift." Or maybe they'd just call it Shurima.
If the Lore team did the main work on making new champions we would have 5 Champs with only 2 abilities unlocked until a later date and then completely remove establichsed champions abilities all together, but let you keep playing them.
If the Lore team did the art we'd get cell-shaded crayon drawings, and many defensive remarks about their style is "new," "updated," and "unique."
