I honestly agree with Riot's move towards making the characters more "Alive" by giving them more "Voice". Even if they had overdone it with Azir a little bit, let's not attack the noble concept behind it. With that said, Azir talking too much is just in sync with his character: He's a freaking emperor! Doesn't the president of the united states talk too much? He sure does, but that's his freaking job! His words are supposed to inspire others. Nevertheless if you don't like his dialog just minimize Voice Volume in the Sound options. Pointless threads like this are what drives Riot members away from these forums.

I agree I like the "Shurima your emperor has returned" it sounds so cool the way he says "Shurima" but I think he only has two quotes that don't say Shurima and its annoying as all hell
