I miss back when Taric was a counter to high mobility. Now everything's so delayed and telegraphed that all the assassins (You know, the main threat you're trying to protect your carry from) can dodge it all without a sweat.

Then, once again, he would be with "it". But I doubt that the new "it" will be reverted to the old "it", because the new "it" is vastly superior to the old "it", which was never much of an "it" to begin with.
