I miss back when Taric was a counter to high mobility. Now everything's so delayed and telegraphed that all the assassins (You know, the main threat you're trying to protect your carry from) can dodge it all without a sweat.
AND HIS ULT IS SO MUCH MORE BORING NOW :(
