I once took my Windspeaker's Blessing support masteries on Singed. It was awkward, but the AP runes were okay.

Did this the other day with Fiddlesticks Pure Atck speed 41% -----FML right? lol well it wasn't so bad jungle clear at start was better overall dmg from spells were down but we still won and I had a better Kill to death ration. Crittle Sticks 0_0

Try invading with AP LeeSin with DFT. It just hurts me when I take spellvamp quints on him...
