Final spark does scale to 50% but does state if it kills. Assists doesn't count.

Also it's propably the way mana refunds work, you have to kill with THIS ULT, e or q or passive auto doesn't refresh it

Yea, but the ult procs the passive, which is a part of the ult's "kit" so meaning the proc does count(you're right about the passive auto tho).

ten bucks says they add this too lee if it ends up overpowered, and riot will say something about skill ceilings, and lee mains will defend it to the death saying that lee doesn't have a huge winrate or some shit.

This feature only would work if the ult could get a kill. Sona's ult doesn't deal a lot of damage and the ratios are meh.... though killing someone with it is still funny as hell.
