Plenty of changes have taken place I see, and I get the gist of most of them. Except the damn true sight buff (Oracle's). I can't figure out for the life of me how and why i'm proccing this buff. It seems to just pop up randomly sometimes when i'm jungling.
I've googled and tried to sift through patch notes, but I'm not sure what patch i'm even looking for.
