Vauren1 votesBecause Cassiopeia and Nami don't have feet, but rather are serpentine, they can't wear boots sold in the shop in the traditional sense. So if you go to the store as one of them and search for hats, in addition to the Deathcap and Spectre's Cowl, tier one boots will show as well. This implies that since Nami and Cassiopeia don't have feet to wear the boots with, they instead wear it as a hat.

Doran was a master weapons smith. He was so talented that he got hired to make weapons for the League of Legends. Unfortunately, while he was traveling to the League, his cart got stuck. While trying to help get the cart moving again, his horse kicked him in the head. The once master craftsman was now mentally impared, and the Summoners were a bit at a loss for what to do. They let him make weapons anyway, but they're complete garbage compared to what he use to be able to make.

Surelock Holmes1 votesPlenty of changes have taken place I see, and I get the gist of most of them. Except the damn true sight buff (Oracle's). I can't figure out for the life of me how and why i'm proccing this buff. It seems to just pop up randomly sometimes when i'm jungling.
I've googled and tried to sift through patch notes, but I'm not sure what patch i'm even looking for.
