Basically, imagine that our League Champions were pitted against each other in a stylish fighting game ala Blazblue or Guilty Gear. You pull off the combo necessary for a "Legendary Finish" move, which basically boils down to an insta-kill attack (with restrictions, of course). And said attack would be more than just the Champion's ultimate; it has to be something flashier than that or something downright awesome/ownage/etc.
What does your Champion do for a Legendary Finish?
Here's some examples.
- Stuns her target, raises her sword skyward, and prays. The sun shines a blinding beam down on her, empowering her sword with holy fire and allowing her to deliver an extremely powerful blow to her victim.
- Forms her true sword, unleashes a heavy sword combo on her target, sends them skyward with an upslash, and then fires Wind Slash into her helpless victim.
- Stuns her victim with her Zap! pistol, quickly straps her opponent to her Super Mega Death Rocket!, and then launches them into the sky. The rocket explodes in the air, creating a firework display of Jinx's face with a comical smile.
- Grabs his opponent with one hand, transforms into his Raven form, and allows his birds to eviscerate his victim, draining their life all the while.
- Grabs opponent and flies skyward with him/her in his grip. Makes a flight around the world before making a piledriver dive, sending him and his opponent crashing to the ground (opponent first). Leaves a massive crater that Galio steps out of unscathed.
- Opens a portal to the void underneath his opponent that drags him/her in. Once in the Void, the victim is attacked by hundreds of unseen Void creatures.
- Immobilizes her enemy with a beam of light, and then overcharges her Final Spark, completely vaporizing her victim (and everything behind it).
- Shunpos multiple times around her opponent, flinging knives from all angles at increasingly faster speeds. At the end, she jumps down on her target and slashes through him/her with her main knives.
- Conjures a Gravity Field that traps his opponent and teleports them away. The scene cuts to Viktor's lab, where his opponent is restrained, and Viktor prepares to augment him/her with machinery. (Differs for each Champion; think Relius' Astral)
- Ahri charms her opponent, strides up to him/her, kisses her opponent deeply, and sucks their life force out with her orb.
- Unleashes a Dempsey Roll combo on her opponent, followed by an uppercut that sends him/her skyward. Vi jumps up and double "sledgehammer" smashes them back into the ground. After her foe crashes, she then dashes back down and lands on top of them, punching her victim into the ground as she does.
- Casts a spell that traps her opponent in a glowing ball. A few seconds later, her opponent emerges, having been made younger, older (i.e. in Annie's case), or whatever is most comical. (Differs for all Champions; think Amane Nishiki from Chronophantasma)
- Kicks her opponent in the nads, followed by a punt off to the side, and then unleashes every bullet she has into her opponent. Following the execution, Miss Fortune poses seductively.
- Hits an opponent's pressure points, then backs off and summons the twin dragons of Ionia to devour her foe.
- Floods the entire arena in darkness. A ghostly hand then grabs his victim from below and pulls it into the abyss, where Nocturne cuts his foe to pieces.
- Transforms his mech into a form that is armed to the teeth, and then unleashes its full firepower on his opponent.
- Slashes his opponent several times with the last hit sending them into the air. He then plants his sword in the ground, causing a giant sword to send his airborne opponent to the ground, resulting in a crater.
- Throws volleys of daggers at increasingly faster speeds then cutthroats behind his opponent. He then slashes through him/her with his thrown daggers following.
- Grabs his opponent and enters a shadow portal. Several shadows then attack his opponent and afterward only Zed exits the portal.
- Transforms into his fury of the sands form. He then surrounds his opponent with spirit fire and ages him/her. Nasus then finishes the aged opponent with a siphoning strike.
- Camera focuses on her and she clangs both her weapons against each other. She then erupts in a tornado of fire then emerges from said tornado in her dragon form. She unleashes a mighty roar, sounding much like the T-rex from Jaurasic park while simultaniously letting loose a turrent of fire from her maw and burning her opponent to a crisp.
- Screams his demonic cream at his enemy, silencing them before stomping the ground causing it to erupt beneath his opponent and knock them up into the air. Cho'gath then moves beneath them and lets them fall into his open mouth where he then swallows them whole.
sprouts wings and leaps gloriously into the air before smashing down upon the opponent to crush him with his belly.
- decoys all over smashing the opponent repeatedly, then all the decoys nimbus strike into the opponent and disappear leaving only the real one where he then extends his staff, spinning it above his head with the enemy caught in the attack, followed by a final empowered bash that shatters the ground.
- spins his scythe in circles, slashing the enemy and knocks them into the air, he then activates the box where he hooks the enemy then throws them into its walls. he then grabs them by the neck, says a bad ass one-liner("your suffering has only just begun"), and absorbs there soul with his lantern.
