EDIT: This isn't about the person sucking or anything like that. This is just a really outdated build that was common two years ago but is weird to see now.

Not sure what you are trying to say. I mean, outside of starting Doran's Shield, I don't really see anything wrong with it. It could have been he was playing a champ not intended for support, and DS is the first recommended item for them, and they didn't notice until they left fountain

He was playing Thresh, and it's not meant to be saying he's an idiot or anything but that his build was the kind of thing that was normal two years ago but is now inefficient.
