EDIT: This isn't about the person sucking or anything like that. This is just a really outdated build that was common two years ago but is weird to see now.

Not sure what you are trying to say. I mean, outside of starting Doran's Shield, I don't really see anything wrong with it. It could have been he was playing a champ not intended for support, and DS is the first recommended item for them, and they didn't notice until they left fountain
