Rules: You can spend up to 30k ip (~400 games played) You have 0 rp. You may only use 450/1350 champions. Garen, Tristana, and Alistar are all free.

Afterthoughts: I feel like i get alot out of my runes but I'm worried it'll hurt my itemization choices ingame alot if i need anything with cdr on it. Alot of my champions lack mobility, I wonder if that's why the newer champions cater to it.

What happens when you face an ap opponent... most people rush damage items vs defense, so you're not looking at having any MR until like lvl 12+

turns out some of my favorite junglers are quite cheap to get, mumu sion ww cho poppy those are some of my favorite's.

Here's my only issue. "Viable" vs. "Things I can play" Doesn't matter how viable an adc is, I can only really play jinx or ashe. Same in mid. (Worse in mid. I can't play mid at all.) But I've run support ashe and made it work, (melee)adc Yi, Jungle Ali can still work, heck I bet i could make Top Ali work too. So I'm working off of "I could make it work personally, or it is reasonably meta."

I kept this section really cheap, since i feel even with the meta as it is, it's way easier to learn a couple champs really well and be good with them, rather than own every meta champ and suck with them.

Runes - 20,295 IP

Page 1 - for jungle, adc, ali/yi toplane, ashe/trist mid, ashe supp. 9 AS reds- 9 Armor yellows- 9 MR blues- 3 MS quints-

Jungling likes AS. a lot. Which allows me to use the same setup for any AD based role reasonably well. And Ali top... Ali likes MS more than AP, since his scaling is shit, and positioning is important. At least the way i use him.

Page 2 - for Supp, Ryze, Fiddle, and Kayle. 9 MPen reds- 9 Armor yellows- 9 MR blues- 3 AP quints-

Fairly straightforward, a basic AP page for anyone who can't use the first page. Supp Ali can go either way, Supp Ashe needs page 1. Total cost - 24,895 Cheap champions and decent ability with those champs lets me get runes that i can use well anywhere. Downside? I will get flamed, hard, for this in champ select. My team will rage, and I will almost certainly lose regardless of how well I play, because my team is flaming me for my picks.

More evidence that early-30 ranked play is a bad idea.

Sadly, although I've reached level 30 and could go ranked, this game doesn't exactly work for me. :P

First, I had friends tell me about the importance of rune pages and back when there was the sale I picked up 2 extras so I have 4. Second, I was willing to put a few real $$ into my champ pool so I have champs like Jinx, Diana and Cassiopeia who don't fit your requirements of no champ costing more than 1350 ip.

Still its interesting to see what people post.
