Anyway, turns out it was 
's bar, which begs the question, why were a Noxain, a Demacian, and an Ionian going to a bar together in the Freiljord?

What are they doing in a bar in the freljord together? For that matter, what are they doing going to the bar together in the first place?

You won't find a Noxian in Ionia nor Demacia, just as you won't find an Ionian or Demacian in Noxus. hence this scenario will only happen elsewhere. ;)
