I used to be a Support main like you, but then I realized that supporting 4 People that have no clue about how to end a game as support is worse than playing with 4 People that have no clue about how to end a game as any other role (that can actually damage objectives)

I agree with this statement. These items have become a staple for my supports because the lane pressure really helps to keep the enemy team divided (often like my own team).

Sure, it helps, but it's a long term investment. Most games don't even last long enough for those items to be actually that relevant.

Rushing banner of command can get you t1 & t2 turrets literally for free if the other team has poor map awareness.

Just remember to plop it on a cannon minion that is on the opposite side of the map from where everyone else is fighting and giggle with glee when your minions topple towers.

These don't work well for me. I tell my team- stay off Bot I have Zz'Rot for push. And some greedy scumbag want to go bot for the farm- Says, What's Zz'Rot going to do?" Then gets ganked and draws attention to my minion push. Well- Zz'rot would have tipped the scales Bot lane.

Ally minions + Voidlings > Enemy minions Ally minions + Promoted minion > Enemy minions

Let the minions push lane and group a lane that actually needs attention. Your build isn't complete? Too bad. I'm tired of you saucy-Susans hibernating Top and ending the game 2-0-1 talking about how you don't know why everyone is "feeding". We aren't feeding- stop trying to make yourself look good. I don't care what your KDA is if you lost- you're part of the reason.

People want a good support- but don't even know how to receive good support.

There are no absolutes, there are always exceptions.

That said, while I'm not a support main for that reason, I can't help but laugh at the people that complain about long queue times
