So much true damage, easily stackable with Skarner Q and Ahri's orb, which deals true damage on the way back too. Can easily build AP as it scales with Passive and Ahri Q, while Skarner even gets some benefits. No need to build too tanks because with Chogath's nuke you'll never die.

Use Ashe R and Jhin W to pick a champ, then mindlessly spam Cass E and Ryze Q at them chain stunning them to death. Annie or Kennen's passive, Ryze Q and Cass E is the most broken combo you could possibly put together, the synergy on them is absurd. Ryze's Q is reset by spellcasts, so it's reset on a 0.75 sec CD by Cass E and these abilities stack Keenen or Annie's passive allowing for chain stuns as long as your mana can last.
