due to us disabling an overpowered champion such as Fiora, they probably felt the need to buff another champion to op status Points to Katarina ...Probably some others as well with the new Bloodlust.

Cut off one head, and two more shall take its place.

Hang on, that still seems to weak, let's really balance it "during her ult, Katarina is immune to all CC and has 70% damage reduction. This will separate the good katarinas from the great ones (because the great ones will do worse because their old instincts will stop them from ulting in the enemy team)"

kat buffs were minor, and she wasnt all that great at the moment. Now when they buff mages in the mid year update and forget to renerf her...she may become a problem.
