I played a game like this recently I was the overly fed swain on a 4v5 team (our riven rage quit)
Our blitzcrank gets caught out in the enemy and as he's running towards me with a silver of health.
I press R turning into my god form, snare and kill the yasuo on his ass and send the others running.
We won that game (yes even with an afk) and it just felt so good
underplayed but not underpowerd.
What if you're the fed teammate?
I just love those moments when I get to come in for the sweet save as support. Friend on 
takes down turret and inib but resigns himself to death? Flash, ult, whimsy cc using enemy, and shield followed by Q. Takes literally every skill I have except maybe exhaust which was on cooldown but I got them out with another cheeky kill too!

Those rare times where you actually get a good 
on your team who can land a 3 man kick.
