Yeah, make him less like a potato with ^_^ drawn on it and replace the waddle with a stride like all the other yordles have. Also give him an audio update so he sounds like he actually takes his job seriously and has a reasonably deep voice.

As for abilities.

Passive: Revealed if he takes damage.

Q: An actual blind, like Quinn's, not that wierd "na na na you can't hit me!"

W: Extra movement speed, what is this, Beta? Give him a dash! Call it Tuck and Roll or something.

His E and R are fine.
