The Battle of the Bands

Their names have been all over the media, rising to fame as their place on the charts skyrockets to unbelievable heights. They are the new superstars of the League, and they're competing to emerge victorious in the annual battle of the Bands where they shall win over the audience with their musical talent and other...charms!

The first contestant on our list is Ammumu, Poppy and Tristana Together they are #The Mummy's Curse! http://i.imgur.com/UYVDS.jpg Their haunting tunes align with Amumu's wailing voice to create music that can touch one's heart and fill one with as much despair as the poor mummy had to endure his entire immortal life.

Their newest hit "Teenage Tantrum" has been a huge hit with their younger fans, being able to see themselves in the track's heart wrenching lyrics. Truly hitting the mark for the troubled youth.

Our next contestant's an uprising Punk Band consisting of Riven, Vi and Caitlyn. Their name; #End of Anarchy http://img00.deviantart.net/f1eb/i/2014/265/d/b/riv_and_vi_by_alexandravo-d806vqa.jpg With Riven's impressive technique, paired with Vi's furious drumming and rounded with Caitlyn's sultry british singing voice they managed to win over the audience with their songs of Redemption and upholding one's Codex.

They intend to win this competition with their newest track. "Punching through your Problems" who features an entire minute of Vi and Riven engaging in a heavy Solo, bent to make you shake your body to the beat!

Our penultimate contestant's the collaboration between some of Valerian's greatest Pop stars! Lead by their Charismatic leader Ahri they are #CHARM! http://orig07.deviantart.net/7d10/f/2014/207/b/c/lol_popstar_girls_by_azu_chan-d7seujf.jpg

While critics pan them for utilizing more show elements to win over the audience CHARM! responded in an official interview that today's music isn't only about the quality of your instruments but also about Show business, their act being a highly intricate dance performance coupled with each of the members taking the spotlight for themselves during their songs.

Their single was number one on the charts for two weeks, titled "Prisoner of your Charms" who features a duet of Ahri and Katarina, their contrasting voices making for a rather captivating track.

But no Rock Off would be complete with at least one Metal Band taking part. Just returning from their musical conquest of Valoran's Music Scene; #PENTAKILL http://st.elohell.net/public/chill/3e2c21ef5c5d25e934ae334392f6b1fd.png

After the huge Success that was "Smite and Ignite" the band went on to reevaluate what their style was all about. Trying to find that one formula to success PENTAKILL publicly stated that the key to success was Teamwork, every member of their band being a part of the bigger scheme, having to build on their strengths and how Sona Buvelle remarked "Being in accord". Mordekaiser's heavy Riffs matched with Yorick's unique plucking technique build the backbone of their tracks, Olaf's vigorous drumming and Sona's supportive Keyboard allowing their tunes to be in perfect metal harmony. Coupled with the Deathsinger's haunting vocals it truly becomes a Symphony of Destruction.

Their newest (three) hit "Mace of Spades" is rumored to be the culmination of the Band's musical work and Mordekaiser himself called it being so Metal it "F*cking Melts Eleven"

But only you, the fans will be able to decide which one of these fine contestants will win this year's Battle of the Bands, cast your vote now

#Important notice: #The Contestants are legally unable to influence your vote by means other than their music. Meaning Ahri's Charms, Mordekaiser's Souls enslavement and Amumu's curse would disqualify them from this competition

That being said #May the best Band win!

I'm gonna go with Pentakill. Nothing beats Olaf on the drums.

Though End of Anarchy is a close second and good rival.

Can we just have Bard and Sona as a group, they don't talk and produce music with instruments. ;-;

The AOE power chord action in the mummy's curse chorus is sure to win this competition.
