she's been contested in LCS for weeks now. seeing picks on the pro stage. That's basically as far from out of meta as you can get.

I don't know if she's being contested in the LCS but almost every LCK player is ignoring her completely. For the last 3 or 4 series, the games on this patch it's been Trundle, GP, Gnar and Shen being the only 4 champs seeing any real play.

Velkoz There was a point in time where he got non-stop buffs, he could already pop a squishy assuming he landed all 3 of his basic abilities.
