The heal on Lissy Ga-Ga's ultimate is to make the option of going in and ulting yourself more attractive. Before then it was just, go in and ult ADC/mid, or you got caught, ult-zhonyas and hope team bails you out

Lissandra really had no reason to ult herself ever before since she got way more out of a stun or just using zhonyas but I guess I heal may not make too much sense thematically since she doesn't thrive off of being hit in the first place but it is something. HOWEVER Syndra would definitely love True Damage since it is the League version of absolute power and helps her out late game where she really doesn't do much besides hope to land stuns and tickle people with her ult (unless she has all 7 available balls).

You are right. True damage doesn't make sense on a champion with theoretically infinite power.

Lissandra? He encases herself in True Ice, the material that gives her most of her powers. I'd say it actually makes sense too.
