, lore wise I believe rengar could easily out-smart Gnar as he is a child but I don't see Rengar the type of person that would try to kill Gnar as he caused Gnar's attack and I mean the idea of a childs head on your wall isn't the best idea. (To me I see Rengar + Gnar as a type of Gnar's cat-thing to look up to as someone he would want to be relationship)
